My journey began with a tumultuous upbringing marked by addiction and abuse, which fueled my determination to break free from the cycle of toxicity. Leaving home at the age of 16, I embarked on a path of healing and self-discovery, guided by the flicker of hope that burned within me. Cultivating the practice of gratitude became my beacon through the darkest of times, leading me to uncover the transformative power of massage therapy.

In 2007, I graduated from the Arizona School for Massage Therapy, equipped with a solid foundation in anatomy and a thirst for knowledge. Furthering my education at the Southwest Institute for Healing Arts, I delved into modalities such as Cranial Sacral Therapy, Reflexology, and Polarity Therapy, discovering the profound connection between the body, mind, and spirit.

Throughout my career, I’ve integrated various modalities into my practice, customizing every session to meet the unique needs of each individual. Whether it’s massage, bodywork, energy work, or intuitive healing, my goal is to create a safe and nurturing space for clients to release physical tension and embrace personal growth.

But my journey didn’t stop there. In 2022, I felt the call of destiny leading me to the lush mountains of North Carolina, where I founded the Hendo Healing Hub—a sanctuary for souls seeking personal and spiritual growth. Through workshops, online courses, and one-on-one coaching, I share my wisdom and expertise, inspiring others to embark on their own journey of self-discovery and empowerment.
